I am passing along information that has helped me, I have a child that was diagnosed with Static-encephalopathy due to disinhibited behavior along with ADHD and ODD and know what it is like when you feel there is nowhere to turn and noone to help.  What a terrible and powerless feeling that is.  HERE IS THE START OF YOUR HELP!
