Maybe you struggle with all kinds of thoughts. Thoughts like ...God can't forgive me, self condemnation(beating yourself up senseless internally) - which will only take you straight to get an asprin due to the migraine headache you're probably giving yourself! Unpure thoughts(bad ones) or telling yourself that you have failed or probably will fail God ...(hogwash)
Don't "back away" from God because you think your too bad or God is too good for you. Well, God IS perfect...and has perfect knowledge of your heart and all intentions. Thank God for GOD.
God LOVES you, YES YOU, don't ever doubt it! GOD IS LOVE! You reading this right now is NO COINCIDENCE! God does NOT want us to give up, EVER - NO MATTER WHAT! Not on Him and not on life! Not for any reason what-so-ever.
You have BIG problems? God is bigger and stronger than anything you could ever encounter.
You just have to believe it and REST IN that THOUGHT.
I think of Gods Spirit being as big as the sky and he covers ALL of the GROUND BENEATH HIM.
Why don't you do yourself a favor........Take your hands and envision all of your problems, pains, negative emotions, past hurt, loneliness and heart break then lift your hands and give it to GOD! HE WANTS YOU TO. I had a hard time with this in the beginning because I felt like I was being rude, don't worry, It is whats RIGHT.
I have had problems with unpure thoughts that seemed to shoot from every direction of my brain. I couldn't shut them off and they wouldn't stop. Well, I finally convinced myself that I must be insane and in MY mind how could God love that? love me? God told me otherwise......
GOD told me ROMANS 8 38-39.

For I am Persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, (39) nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to seperate us from the love of God , which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
